Genesis Today Acai100 is basically some raw, crushed Acai berries, still wet with nothing added. It includes the skin & seed, and closely resembles some oily mud when poured into a glass. On it's own, you really wouldn't enjoy the taste, despite the fact that on the label it actually suggests drinking 1 Ounce of it straight, twice daily, or as prescribed by your doctor.
